Alexander Zesati, LMFT

I offer a psychotherapy process that includes the exploration of body, mind and soul. Do you want more intimate relationships with yourself and those around you? Are you craving a deeper engagement with your purpose? Maybe you need to grieve a loss or gain freedom from a traumatic experience that still has a grip on you. I can walk with you through it. Perhaps you are ready to move beyond the habits and addictions that keep you bound within a limited version of yourself. Or are you being called to step more fully into your power and leadership? And a more satisfying relationship with your body and your sense of belonging? Don’t keep on waiting… It's time. Let’s examine what is getting in the way, so you can take actions and gain momentum.

I view psychotherapy as a sacred encounter where you meet yourself for the first time, again and again.  A co-created space, between you and I, that helps you to recognize and remember the sound of your true voices. My vow is to tread with you into the unknown and vulnerable territory of your experience, with gentleness, curiosity, compassion, fearlessness and a sense of humor.

Would you like to embark on a deep exploration of what is most alive in you? And in the process, befriend the places that you avoid, where you feel inadequate, numb or scared? Wherever you are in the spectrum, from intense suffering to subtle dissatisfaction, to the robust embodiment of your uniqueness, I encourage you to see our sessions as fuel for your unfoldment. My role is to establish a foundation of safety, while encouraging and challenging you to move out of the comfortably known into what is ready to be birthed by your deeper longings.

I also offer online or phone sessions for Texas residents who want the convenience of meeting online, live in remote locations or travel frequently.

“Compassion is not a relationship between the healer and the wounded. It's a relationship between equals. Only when we know our own darkness well can we be present with the darkness of others. Compassion becomes real when we recognize our shared humanity.”
